History

In 1979, Mr. Yehuda Raz, Mr. David Engel and Mr. Micha Haimovitch, who acquired extensive experience in building complex industrial facilities in Israel, decided to establish a Project Construction Management company that would respond to the need to manage construction projects in various fields, including the chemical industry, the mining industry and complex infrastructure projects. The company won the name T.K.N and quickly became one of the leading companies in Israel in the Construction Management of large scale projects.

In 1992, in view of the success of the company, the company was issued on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with great success. Several years following the IPO, the company’s founders decided to return to activity as a private company. In fact, in 1997 ADYR CONSTRUCTIONS was established (by two of the partners, Mr. Yehuda Raz and Mr. David Engel) and the activity of T.K.N was fully transferred to the new company.

Since 1997, ADYR CONSTRUCTIONS has managed dozens of the largest and most complex projects known to Israeli industry and has been involved in projects in overseas countries.
